VisionAid Technologies is an independent supplier of technological aids to the visually impaired. We supply a large number of market leading magnifiers, CCTVs and reading machines. This enables us to show our customers all of the options open to them and allows them to select the best equipment to suit their needs. Our consultative approach has made us a popular choice for St Dunstan's charity and we regularly work with the RNIB in Judd Street.

At VisionAid we also manufacture our own reading machines: the ReadEasy and the ReadAnywhere. The ReadEasy machine we build allows its users to scan books, letters, newspapers and any other printed material, and reads them aloud. It also gives the ability to save the pages you have scanned; internally, on a CD or to an MP3 player and play them back when you wish. The ReadEasy is the fastest, most accurate reading machine in the market with the ability to scan right into the spines of books within 28 seconds. The ReadEasy is also £100 cheaper than other leading reading machines. The ReadAnywhere is a light weight portable version of the ReadEasy and has a rechargeable battery life of up to 5 hours.
