This is an ideal course for people who have been Playworkers for some time working in settings with children aged 4-15. Prospective students will need to determine if their own employer will consider
this award for qualified status.
Delivery is by taught sessions, group work and self directed study. 9 mandatory units and 2 option
units including

• Administer Provision
• Development through play
• Positive relationships
• Play environment.
• Health and safety & dealing with abuse.
You will be assessed in the work place by an Assessor. Your knowledge will be assessed through the completion of workbooks and questioning and a portfolio of evidence gathered in the workplace or placement.
