Welcome to DIAL UK, a national organisation for a network of approximately 130 local Disability Information and Advice Line services (DIALs) run by and for disabled people. Last year DIALs helped over a quarter of a million disabled people.
DPS monitored and evaluated its work on an ongoing basis to ensure that there was equity of access and provision of direct payments throughout Scotland. It also fed its findings into national policy development.
DPS produced regular updates and newsletters on the development of direct payments in Scotland.
