HCODP is a campaigning organisation of Disabled People. Founded in 1990 and controlled by Disabled People, it was established to combat both discrimination against Disabled People and their segregation from mainstream society.
Its aims are to promote the active participation of Disabled People, to secure the facilities and support necessary if maximum choice and control, and integration into all aspects of society, are to be achieved, to be a single representative voice for all Disabled People and organisations of Disabled People, in Hampshire.
