Information provided for parents with children with Special Educational Needs
If a parent/carer calls who is concerned that their child may have a special educational need, we can provide them with factual information about the condition, signpost them to an agency that can provide further detailed advice and a list of support groups, depending on their child’s need.
For Example:
If a parent were concerned that their child has become hyper active and/or can become aggressive, we would send out information about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
