Chinese Mental Health Association is a specialised charity for the Chinese community in the UK. It’s aims are to preserve and safeguard the mental well-being of Chinese people and to improve the quality of life of Chinese mental health sufferers and their carers. It does this by direct services such as advocacy, counselling and family therapy, housing and information advice, user social groups, and carersfsupport to combat isolation and encourage integration back to everyday life. The Association also runs health education and awareness campaign to breaking down stigma and encourage early treatment and help-seeking.
